We offer a 14-day refund on unused items and twelve month repair or replace warranty on wired 023 and W227 radio fences and kD661 wireless systems . 6 month warranty on GPS Collar units and remote training collars systems in full, Warranty does not cover misuse, thunder and lightening or electrical surge.

We offer a 30-day repair or replace warranty on spare collars and accessory's. 

Three month warranty on bark collars 

Unwanted products must be returned unused and in their original packaging and in good condition within 14 days of purchase along with the requested PDF form ,You must take care to ensure that the Goods being returned are properly packaged including all contents and sent back to Western Pet Products in a padded protective envelope so that they will not be damaged while in transit.

For hygiene reasons wecannot restock any item which has been on your dog

You must return the product in perfect condition.  If the product is found by us to be used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it or damaged, then we may reject a refund.

Returned items are subject to a restocking administration fee minus your original shipping & handling charges. Refunds are returned by original payment method only. 

This warranty and refund is void in the event of misuse, alteration, faulty installation, third party supply or re-selling or misapplication of the product.

This warranty does not cover  failure of product or components due to any ACT OF NATURE; lightning, floods etc or any other such catastrophic events.

You must request a return PDF form from Western Pet products and must include your original purchase receipt which was emailed to you at time of purchase.
